All of our items are CUSTOM MADE once ordered, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to be 100% happy with our items though, so if anything is wrong with your item, please email us at hello@mimikodesigns.net within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order and we will be happy to make it right!
