Orders

• You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you may place an order only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Mimiko Designs.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

• We will confirm your order by email once you have placed it.

• Prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site and are subject to change without notice.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Products

We strive to ensure that product descriptions on our Site are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, information, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.

• You agree to pay for all purchases made through the Site using a valid payment method.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

• We work with trusted production partners to fulfill your orders. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our direct control, such as inventory fluctuations, production issues at our partners, or shipping carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

• We currently offer shipping to the USA.

• Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the chosen shipping method, and other factors.

• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Potential Import Fees (Rare Cases): While most of our products are fulfilled within the United States, in some rare cases, certain items may be shipped from our international production facilities. In the unlikely event that your order is shipped from outside the United States, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs clearance fees. These charges, if applied, are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the recipient. These instances are rare, but we want to be transparent about the possibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Returns and Exchanges

At this time, Mimiko Designs will not be accepting returns. All sales are final.
